❖ How do custom orders work?

1. 💬 Start a conversation with one of our designers about your idea.
2. 🖼️ Send us images or sketches of your desired design.
3. 💻 We’ll create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and send it to you for approval.
4. 🔄 Changes? No problem – let us know, and we’ll make adjustments as needed.
5. 💎 Once approved, we’ll cut and polish the Moissanite or diamond and begin production.
6. 📦 Once ready, we’ll send you images and videos of the final product before shipping it with an international courier.

❖ Can I customize an existing Elite Carat design?

✧ Absolutely! You can adjust stone types, prong styles, or metal colors. Note that significant changes (e.g., merging two designs or adding larger stones) may incur additional charges. Contact us to discuss your ideas! 💖

❖ Can I choose the center stone size and shape?

✧ Yes! All of our designs can be customized with center stones ranging from 0.30ct to 8.0ct in a variety of shapes – from oval and pear to radiant and marquise. Reach out to us for size and shape preferences! 📐

❖ Do you offer a lifetime upgrade on diamonds?

✧ Yes! Our lifetime diamond upgrade program ensures that you can upgrade your diamond whenever you wish. 💎

✧ Each piece is handmade with love and care. Production takes 10-12 business days, plus 5-7 days for shipping. 🚚

❖ Can I request a rush order?
