Economy Shipping: This option is available for all countries and takes approximately 17-19 business days for delivery.

Express Shipping: We also offer FedEx/DHL 3-6 day express shipping for international packages. Please note that this option does not reduce the processing time; it only reduces the time for delivery to 5-7 days.
Free Shipping:
We provide 100% free shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and India. For other countries, an economy shipping fee of USD 15 will be charged, while express shipping to all countries is available at USD 35.
Tracking Your Order:
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from sales@elitecarat.com, which includes your tracking number. Depending on the product ordered, this email may take up to 7 business days to be sent. You can enter your tracking number on our website to easily check the delivery status.
Customs Fees and Taxes:
For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subjected to customs fees, duties, VAT, or taxes, which will be calculated and collected at the time of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and Elite Carat is not accountable for them. We recommend checking with your local government for the rates ahead of time.
Delivery Times:

Order Numbers may not instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number shows that it is currently unavailable, please do not be alarmed. Your order has been shipped and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should update within a few business days.
